The restaurant environment is described as casual and quiet, which can make it suitable for relaxed meals, brief meetings, or times when guests simply want a calm place to eat. It is also a practical choice for families, since it accommodates children with high chairs and a kid-friendly setting. At the same time, the presence of table service, seating, restroom access, and reservation acceptance shows that the restaurant offers more than a basic grab and go model. It combines the convenience of fast food with several features that improve comfort and usability.

For guests who want flexibility, Mr You Express supports delivery, onsite services, takeout, and dine-in experiences, allowing the restaurant to fit different routines and needs. The best Chinese food! I love the spicy orange chicken and the chow mein! I like getting a bowl :) They fill you with a lot of food all the time.

I ordered from them through Uber. I ordered that orange chicken, rice, chow mein and teriyaki chicken.. It was one of the worst Chinese food experience that I have ever tasted. I love Chinese food or the American version of it. The orange chicken was soggy. The chow mein was dry and the rice was very salted. It was one of the most disgusting thing I would never ever ever recommend anybody ordering from this place. I tried to get my refund from Uber, but it didn’t I didn’t qualify stay away from this place.

I recently ordered wings and they were half the size of normal chicken wing pieces and they had to fix my order. Food quality and service has declined.

Tried the viral Orange Chicken Fries at this location. Very disappointed. Overwhelmingly sweet, little fries, and chicken tasted pretty hard. They charged me $5 more than the Montclair location. I won't be back. Sorry.

When we got in there was a Spanish speaking couple with kids in front of us. So a couple spending money for a family of 4. There was a little language barrier and the lady at the counter got a bad attitude towards the couple. I LA it's a good idea for business owner to learn a few words in Spanish if a big portion of your income comes from Spanish speakers. One word made her frustrated, "Sign the receipt" she snapped out and they didn't understand so I simply said, "firma" and they instantly understood and signed their debit card receipt. On to the food, the orange chicken is super breaded but the flavor was good. The broccoli beef, the beef is poor quality. Thick and chewy and a bit too salty. The teriyaki was char siu and also really salty. Then I got the "chicken wings" oh let me tell you I got 1 wing that was stale looked like a day old wing and something else that I couldn't figure out. It was not a wing! I don't even know what part of the chicken or if it even was chicken! Unfortunately for us it was a bad experience all around.
